Donald Davis, Jr. a licensed architect
and is the principal of SD Atelier Architecture with his partner Susan Davis.
Donald brings over 23 years of
architectural experience working with hotels, custom residential projects and
light commercial projects in and around the Saratoga area and in the
Adirondacks. Some of the projects that he has been involved with include: the
Malta Ambulance Facility, Seagle Colony Rehearsal Hall, Playmore Farms Best
Western Hotel, Burnt Hills Vetinarian Hospital renovation and T.S.A. Office
Building.
Don’s responsibilities include the
oversight and review of Construction Documents and Construction Bidding and
Construction Administration. He brings a strong knowledge of the Construction
process and the roles of all parties involved.
Prior to establishing his
own business, he worked as a project Architect for Einhorn, Yaffee and Prescott,
Inc. in Albany and for Trudeau Architects in Latham.
He completed his internship in Germany and at
Howard Patterson Architects in Darien, Ct.
