The first phase of the project included the design and construction of a new hotel building. The remaining phases are proposed to include an indoor pool structure and a walkway connection to the existing building.
The project was designed to be a gateway for the City of Saratoga Springs and designed to comply with the standards of outlying areas of the City. The board and batten gables and dormers were in keeping with a more residential nature of the surrounding buildings.The project is currently in the approval process with the City of Saratoga Springs
